With Halloween behind us, we’re pivoting all our focus to the most delish holiday of the year: Friendsgiving, ofc!
But while it’s great to gather your squad, stressing over a multi-course menu (on top of the perfect decor, party activities and fall fit) isn’t always the move. So why not try serving up some festive sammies instead?
We’ve rounded up our fave easy Friendsgiving sandwich recipes, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time bonding with your babes. Hostess with the mostess title incoming…
Your Friendsgiving vibe: Candlelit dinner
The sandwiches: Classic turkey sandos

The classic Thanksgiving feast just got a whole lot easier. Bc who needs to roast a whole turkey when you can have the goods in sandwich form? Pile turkey lunchmeat, canned cranberry sauce, instant stuffing, mashed potatoes (grab a pre-made container from the refrigerated section at your grocery store) and gravy onto your fave bread. Then, pop open a bottle or Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple Juice and serve up in your fanciest glassware. Peep the full recipe here!
Your Friendsgiving vibe: Brunch with the gals
The sandwiches: Cucumber, cheese and chicken salad tea sandwiches
For an afternoon fête, treat your girls to English-inspired finger sandwiches (grab the full recipe here). Stack soft white and whole-wheat breads (no crusts, pls) with toppings: cucumber + dill, cranberry chicken salad, smoked salmon + cream cheese…the opps are endless. Not only are these bites detectable, but you can plate them in tiered party tray stands (and grab some teacups, too!). So cute!
Your Friendsgiving vibe: PJs and cozy movie night
The sandwiches: Dessert sammies
Who said a sandwich can’t be sweet instead of savory? Put a twist on the salty sammy by stacking your sandwiches as desserts. For a classic fall flavor, try cooked cinnamon-sugar apples or cranberry sauce with melted white chocolate. Pop your sandwiches on a panini press (or simply broil in the oven for a few minutes) to get a toasty top. Click here for the recipe!
