A<span style=\"font-size: revert;\">s someone who struggles to even boil a pot of water, cooking is one of my worst nightmares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>But don&#8217;t worry:\u00a0I&#8217;ve got you covered with six easy and foolproof recipes that are perfect for lunch (and dinner!) that don&#8217;t require much experience in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><big><span style=\"color: #ff3399;\">Caprese sandwich<\/span><\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is one of my favorite sandwiches to make when I&#8217;m craving a good bistro sandwich\u2014with only a few ingredients courtesy of Trader Joe&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/girlslife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/content\/recipescaprese.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<small><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CyP4IkfRX0v\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@mindfulmuncheese<\/a><\/small><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>+ Ciabatta Bread<br \/>\n+ Green pesto<br \/>\n+ 1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced<br \/>\n+ 3-4 slices of mozzarella cheese<br \/>\n+ A handful of basil leaves<br \/>\n+ Balsamic glaze (optional)<br \/>\n+ Olive oil (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Instructions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Slice your ciabatta bread in half and place slices of mozzarella on one half. Toast both halves in the oven for eight minutes.\u00a0If you don&#8217;t want to turn your oven on, toast your bread in a toaster and layer the mozzarella directly afterward.<br \/>\n3. Layer the tomato slices and basil leaves on the slice of bread with the mozzarella.<br \/>\n4. Coat the other half of the bread with a layer of green pesto.<br \/>\n5. Drizzle one half with balsamic glaze or olive oil if desired before putting\u00a0both halves together!<\/p>\n<p><strong><big><span style=\"color: #ff3399;\">Smoothie bowl<\/span><\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Similar to an acai bowl, this yummy mix\u00a0is super healthy and perfect for a sweet lunch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/girlslife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/content\/recipessmoothiebowl.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<small><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Cg2CrX4DKgS\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@adventuresofabean<\/a><\/small><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>+ 1 cup frozen mixed berries<br \/>\n+ 1 ripe banana<br \/>\n+ 1\/2 cup plain Greek yogurt<br \/>\n+ 1\/4 cup of any milk of your choice<br \/>\n+ Optional Toppings: granola, sliced fruit, honey, Nutella, peanut butter, almonds, chocolate chips, shredded coconut<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Instructions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. In a blender, combine your frozen fruit, banana, yogurt and milk.<br \/>\n2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.<br \/>\n3. If you want your smoothie base to be a bit sweeter, try adding a teaspoon of granulated sugar or a tablespoon of honey into the blender.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0Pour the smoothie into a bowl and finish off\u00a0with an assortment of toppings!<\/p>\n<p><strong><big><span style=\"color: #ff3399;\">Avocado toast<\/span><\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This California classic is often made in restaurants for absurdly high prices&#8230;so why not make this quick and easy lunch right at home for a much lower cost?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/girlslife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/content\/recipesavocadotoast.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<small><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C5uCUx_LrQZ\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@bowlofdelicious<\/a><\/small><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>+ 1 slices of sourdough bread<br \/>\n+ 1 ripe avocado<br \/>\n+ 1 small tomato, sliced<br \/>\n+ Handful of arugula<br \/>\n+ Honey<br \/>\n+\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.traderjoes.com\/home\/products\/pdp\/crunchy-chili-onion-062480\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trader Joe&#8217;s Crunchy Chili Onion\u00a0spread<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Instructions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0Toast both slices of sourdough in a toaster to your desired crunch.<br \/>\n2. Cut open and slice up your avocado. You can either mash it to spread across your bread or cut it into slices to lay on top of your bread.<br \/>\n3. Top with slices of tomato and as much arugula as you desire.<br \/>\n4. Add a tablespoon of the crunchy chili onion spread and drizzle with honey to top it all off.<\/p>\n<p><strong><big><span style=\"color: #ff3399;\">Pita pizza<\/span><\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a mix\u00a0of Greek and Italian, so if you&#8217;re a big\u00a0fusion foodie, you&#8217;ll heart it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/girlslife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/content\/recipespizza.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<small><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CMhBPzpHuh9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@marialottesdk<\/a><\/small><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>+ 1 whole wheat pita bread<br \/>\n+ 3 tablespoons of marinara sauce<br \/>\n+ Handful of shredded mozzarella cheese OR 4\u00a0slices of cut mozzarella<br \/>\n+ Optional toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, red onions, bell peppers,\u00a0sliced pineapple<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8e44ad;\">Instructions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat your oven to\u00a0375\u00b0F.<br \/>\n2. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the\u00a0pita bread.<br \/>\n3. Sprinkle your mozzarella on top of the sauce and then add\u00a0any toppings.<br \/>\n4. Place your pita on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. In a bowl, combine your chicken, yogurt, vegetables and dill.<br \/>\n2. Season with as much salt and pepper\u00a0as you&#8217;d like.<br \/>\n3. You can serve your chicken salad in several ways! In a bowl, combine your quinoa, carrots, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, cheese and spinach.<br \/>\n2.
